Lance Bass may have found himself a new man, but the drama with ex-beau Reichen Lehmkuhl reportedly just goes on and on,,,,

The current issue of Star Magazine has the following claim:

Star has learned exclusively that the Amazing Race winner sent a letter to Lance's rep on October 25 that threatened to sue the pop singer, claiming his remarks in the November issue of GQ were defamatory. In the interview, the ex 'NSYNC-er claims Reichen cheated on him, adding: "I thought, 'Why does everyone hate him?' At the end, I was like, 'Ok, everyone was right.'" These comments angered Reichen so much that the actor's attorney allegedly wrote to Lance's rep, saying "demand is made that Mr. Bass immediately cease and desist commenting on our client. In the event that Mr. Bass declines ... you are advised that we expressly reserve the right to address the circumstances in the appropriate forum in the appropriate time."

Finally, The B-52's are working on their first studio album in 16 years

Save the date... on February 26th, 2008, The B-52's will release their first studio album in over 16 years, entitled Funplex.

The album is being produced by Steve Osborne (New Order, Happy Mondays, Doves) and was recorded in the band's native Athens, Georgia!!!

Best part.... All 11 songs on the album were written by Kate Pierson, Fred Schneider, Keith Strickland and Cindy Wilson.

Clarkson Blasts Label 'liars' 

KELLY Clarkson has been biting her tongue as we've reported on her fight with BMG/RCA boss Clive Davis. Clarkson insisted on recording her own songs on her third album, while Davis - mindful of needing hits - wanted her to sing tunes written by others.

But in the August issue of Blender, Clarkson says she told Davis: "I don't know you very well, and I am not a bull-[bleep]er. I get [that] you don't like the album. You're 80; you're not supposed to like my album."

She also said: "I literally got told to my face that it wouldn't sell more than 600,000 copies. And I got lied to. One reason I don't like working with people at the label is that they lie . . .

If you're going with the flow and not fighting, that's settling. I can't take that. Life is just too short to be a pushover."

But meanwhile, Clarkson fired her manager and cancelled her summer tour because of slack ticket sales.

NBC's big Live Earth concert is scheduled for 7/7/07, that's Saturday night!!!

It will be shown around the world in 8 cities on all 7 continents, as well as back home on many of the NBC owned networks - Bravo, CNBC, Sundance, Telemundo, mun2 and Universal HD. 

Check listings for times on all these networks and where ever you are in the world.

The cities hosting the event include Rutherford NJ, Sydney, London, Tokyo, Johannesburg, Shanghai, Hamburg and Rio de Janeiro.

As for NBC, it will carry the event from 8-11p on Saturday. 

100 different musical acts will perform including Madonna, Sting, Spinal Tap, Smashing Pumpkins, The Police, Dave Matthews and Genesis.
