USA Network on Wedneday unveiled its summer schedule and development slate. The highlights include:

• Burn Notice, a drama series starring Jeffrey Donovan as a wrongfully disgraced secret agent who helps those who can't go to the police while seeking out those who framed him, airs Thursdays at 10 starting June 28.

• The 4400 and The Dead Zone launch new seasons starting June 17, while Monk and Psych return with new episodes on July 13.

Series in development include The Negotiator, about a by-the-book FBI crisis negotiator turned NYC relationship counselor; American Girl, in which a Wal-Mart employee is rendered fearless after surviving a shooting; and Spying in High Heels, about a fashionista who fancies herself a detective, snooping in tandem with her out-of-work actress BFF.

Officials: Accidental overdose cause of Smith death

FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida (CNN) -- A drug overdose killed reality TV star and former Playboy playmate Anna Nicole Smith, Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger said Monday.

Tiger said there was no evidence of foul play and the overdose was accidental.

Now, Metcalfe's rep has sent us the following statement: "On Monday, March 19, Jesse Metcalfe entered a rehab facility to deal with alcohol issues. He realized he had a problem and was anxious to deal with it immediately.

VIA PAGE 6: DON'T expect to see "Desperate Housewives" star Jesse Metcalfe by the pool at West Hollywood's Mondrian any time soon. According to hotel guests, Metcalfe "was blacklisted" from the Mondrian after "partying for four days straight last week and being really mean to the staff."

The last straw came on Friday, when Metcalfe "blew up at the doorman at Skybar because they wouldn't let him in." Metcalfe's bad behavior resulted in him not getting a guest room on Saturday, although a hotel rep claims he has not been officially banned. A rep for Metcalfe had no comment.

The 6'1" Soul Patrol singer has shed nearly 22 lbs., going from 215 to 193, since his American Idol win last May.

COMEDIAN Carol Burnett is suing the producers of "The Family Guy" over a portrayal of one of her signature characters mopping up the floor of a porno shop.

The lawsuit, filed this week in Los Angeles federal Court, is seeking more than $2 million in damages. It claims the show's creators did not have Burnett's consent to include her cleaning woman character - known as the Charwoman - in an April 2006 episode.
